The terms of service are simple, don't upload anything that is considered illegal in your country/region.
We do not moderate images, and therefore hold no responsiblity for any images uploaded.
However, though we do not actively moderate, we will remove any images reported to be illegal, or if asked to by the legal copyright owner.

2011-01-31 07:41:16 - You can now reset your password, go to the members page (logged out) and select forgetten username/password. I will make it more robust in the future, as it stands it's VERY basic.
2011-01-30 18:36:51 - Holy poop on a stick! An update! The Firegoon image now has a link back to the mainpage, logged in users can now see the mainpage too, so I've removed News/To Do from the members page. I've also added a very crude ToS.
2010-09-05 10:49:35 - Registered users may now upload images to a maximum size of 5mb!
2010-09-05 09:55:01 - When viewing an album, there is a [root] link at the bottom, this will take you back to non-album images. Similarly, there is a + link, this will move images to the root directory.
2010-09-05 09:55:01 - Long nicknames were causing some problems with the template. Long nicknames are now broken up, if it's only one word, a space is added every 10 characters. To a maximum of 40 characters.
2010-08-26 14:34:09 - The album feature has is now functional, but incomplete. You can create new albums/folders via the user interface on the right. You can then select "add to" beneath that folder, the images you can currently see on screen are the images you can move. A check box will appear beneath each one, and a move button at the top. 8 folders can be seen per page, and I've increased the images per page to 16. At present, there is no way to get out of a folder to return to the non folder images (without reloading firegoon.com) or move images out of an album/folder into the root directory. Similarly, there is no way to view all images, regardless of folder at present. I will add these features in the near future - as well as an edit folder option, and the ability to set a graphic for your folder. I will also create a default folder/album icon.
2010-08-25 12:33:04 - Adding the ability to create folders, which will allow to you to better organise your images. Please don't report any errors you get using the feature just yet, as it's not ready! In fact, please don't use it yet!
2010-08-25 12:22:47 - I have finished adding the edit feature. You can now set nicknames to all files previously uploaded. There is a little edit icon that appears to the right of the current nickname... or just under the filename if it doesn't have one. I will shortly be making it so all new uploads are given their original name as the nickname - as well as allowing you to edit it upon upload.
2010-08-25 11:11:51 - Currently updating. Adding the ability to nickname files, and rename said nickname. Edit button currently unstable, do not report errors at this time, thank you!
2010-07-21 12:34:19 - You may have noticed there haven't been any updates for nearly two months. I'm currently working on other projects and this one is on temporary hiatus. That said, feel free to use it in it's current form. Work should resume within a month or so.
2010-05-22 02:37:05 - Unregistered users may also upload images now. Personal folders are now private (i.e if you type firegoon.com/username they won't be able to see your images.). Images display their name below them, this will be editable in the future.
2010-05-22 02:33:57 - The members area now shows a small version of the image, instead of plain text. This is limited to a width of 100 pixels, but right now can be as high as required. Big drawback to this is that you are still downloading the image as if it were fullsize. Working on a function to create true thumbnails that keeps the ratio, but limits to 100*100. This will also mean you download the smaller image when you view the page.

Password Retrieval
Basic system in place, but need something more robust. Will steal bits from hte activation system and throw into the current reset system.
Change Password
Standard feature on any website that requires user registration really.
Alphanumberic Username
Only allow alphanumeric characters in the username.
E-mail
Only accept valid e-mail addressed (less of a concern now that I've added the e-mail activation).
Thumbnails
Add a better way to display pics in the members area.
Capital Letters
Force all username, and thus folder names to be lower case. Causes bugs when attempting to upload otherwise.
Delete File
Delete files from the members area.
Admin Area
Create a more robust admin area for myself, no rush I can continue doing everything via code/phpmyadmin for the minute.
Aesthetics
Create a more aesthetically pleasing design to the site.
Files
Allow other files types, images only until I'm happy with the functionality.
Multiple Uploads
Allow several image uploads simultaneously.
Album/Folder Links
Allow users to link an entire folder, as opposed to a single image.
